Health & Mental Well-being

Program Overview

Mental health remains one of the most overlooked areas of development in Sierra Leone. Many individuals and communities continue to face the effects of trauma, poverty, social stigma, and limited access to mental health services.

MiND works to promote mental well-being and improve access to community-based mental health and psychosocial support services. Through awareness, counseling, community engagement, and partnerships with stakeholders, MiND helps individuals and families cope with stress, trauma, and mental health challenges while strengthening community resilience.
